Types of Journals

There are four common ways in which to use journals for note taking and for recording specific details about your reserach experience.

Each type of journal has its own uses as well as limitations.

Although it is not exactly a journal, Delicious allows you to organize your on-line research. You can place your quality websites into folders and even provide an annotation for them. I have found Delicious to be a great research tool.
