Item Favoring Fair Use
Restricted Access (to students or other appropriate group)
Explanation
Although inspired by the in-class assignments, some of the best learning takes place outside the classroom. Yet, not everything that we would define as educational is "educational" under the meaning of fair use. To qualify for fair use, you may only make one copy per student enrolled in your class. This means that while it might be fair use to copy an article for your students to read in class, "fair use" would not permit you to distribute copies of the article as part of your display at Celebrate Learning, School Daze, or some similar campus event
