The Schoolcraft College Library subscribes to a number of academic databases that will help you find information for your research projects. To use these databases, you should

  1. Go to the Schoolcraft College Library home page.

  2. You will see a category titled “Periodicals." Click on the link for “Magazines and Journals."

  3. You may link directly to all of the databases from any of the computers on campus. However, some of the databases require a user identification number and password if you try to access them from off campus.

    • You can get a list of passwords from the library.
    • You may also get a copy of those passwords via e-mail by contacting library@schoolcraft.edu. If you request a list of passwords via e-mail, you must include your full name, student number, and the Schoolcraft College course in which you are enrolled in the e-mail.
    • Unfortunately, because of licensing restrictions, passwords can only be supplied to Schoolcraft College students, faculty, and staff.
