Explanation
If you are engaged in a commercial activity such as consulting, fair use would not favor your making copies of materials to give to your clients.
For example, if you were giving a presentation for "Coffee and Conversation" which is sponsored by the Schoolcraft College Continuing Education Department, you are engaging in a commercial actitity and profiting from your efforts. Even though your presentation is educational for the individuals who are attending, fair use would likely not apply.
