It's a student paper and I took their name off it.

Explanation

Students do not give up their legal rights when they enter Schoolcraft College. While it would be possible to require that students copy papers for the class in which they are enrolled, you clearly infringe on the student's copyright if you reproduce his/her paper for another class. You should also be aware that unpublished manuscripts are less likely to qualify for fair use than are published documents.
