What if there is no section or edition in a newspaper?

If information does not exist, you leave that portion of the citation blank. For example, there are neither editions nor sections in The Christian Science Monitor. Therefore, the foloowing citation for Abraham McLaughlin's "Africa's New Model for Spreading Oil Wealth" does not include them.

McLaughlin, Abraham. "Africa's New Model for Spreading Oil Wealth." Christian Science Monitor (28 July 2004), 7. Print.
